Ben Guardener
Director of Aviation
Ben leads aviation operations and operator partnerships at Hangar 44, ensuring every flight is matched with the right aircraft, the right crew, and the right standards.
A Marine Corps aviator with twenty years of service, Ben flew the AH-1 attack helicopter and served as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor — one of the most demanding qualifications in military aviation. As Operations Officer of his last command, he directed training, readiness, and international partnerships for a 5,000+ member organization across more than 100 annual exercises and ten partner nations.
A graduate of Bates College and a member of Sleepy Hollow Country Club, Ben brings to Hangar 44 the precision and quiet competence of military aviation — translated into a private network context where every flight is one members trust will be done correctly, every time.
